Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact me at sam@mindstones.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your location and financial institution.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. I recommend using a trackable shipping method, as I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and I will make it right at no cost to you.
